Questions from customer about banding system integrate with other machine

My name , a potential user of banding machine. Recently, we received quotation of WK-30A, but actually after saw the catalog, I saw the machine WK-50 is more suitable for our product because we intend to use tape with 48 mm width. And for OPP or paper tape mentioned, is it adhesive one or your machine use the some kind of heat to attached the band?

Kindly pls check attached quotation of BM50 , machine can use paper tape and ultra thin opp film (thickness 40um) , WK series can only use opp thickness 120um , which can help user to save almost a half material cost

Thank you. Sorry I couldn't recognize from the video that this machine actually using non-adhesive material. So this machine using a pre-heat component, to melt down glue for the material, that's mean we need hotmelt glue for this process also, am I correct?
Also that means the heat won't touch the material (both band and the product), for your information our product is tissue packed with cast polypropylene, and I couldn't be afraid that the heat would be do some damage to the product.

In your quotation, there is column "with position function (functional)" , does it mean if we want to integrate that banding machine with our main machine?

You are no need hotmelt glue for banding process, pre coating glue is process when make production of paper/opp, it is easy operation for end user, just install the paper/opp, then make banding
The heat will not touch the material (both band and product), you even cannot see any glue on paper/opp, on paper surface it is smooth, no glue , no sticker, there have no influence for banding any material product , you can see this customer site video: https://youtu.be/fyWn_sD1ynI
One of band machine advantages is no-damage and environmental banding, you can see from the video, band without any residue or mark left on the product
Can you send the photo of your product ? machine with PLC control with touchscreen, it can integrate with other machine, can you take a video of the end line of your machine? i'll check how to integrate, generally add one conveyor with pusher to connect is okay https://youtu.be/01q1gTYEzRI
Position function means if you need pre-print on paper/opp, every band the print content at same position of the product, popular for promotion banding, pls see the photo, position function is optional. the speed 25pcs/min is fast speed , if you need high efficiency you can add one more band machine on line
